All of our US orders are shipped from our Cleveland, OH warehouse. Expected shipping time is 1 to 3 business days. Delivery of a product largely depends on your location but you can expect 2 to 5 business day after the order has been shipped.

It is our goal to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase. If this is not the case please contact us at +1(216)-772-3364 or by email at service@us-wellness.com and we will be happy to exchange or refund your order based on our Return Policy. Notify us within 30 days of receiving your product if you require an exchange or refund. If a mistake has occurred on our end we will resolve the error and resend the correct product at no charge or issue of a refund. Most often we will send you the correct item without expecting the mistaken item in return. If a mistake was made on the end of the customer such as a wrong product ordered or non-delivery from incorrect address or other information given by the customer there are two options available.
- An unopened, unused and undamaged product may be returned for a full product refund. The cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. Additionally, refunds do not include the original shipping costs to send the item to the customer but only covers the cost of the product.
- For an exchange, an unopened, unused and undamaged product may be sent back to us and replaced with another item of your choosing. The cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will not be included in the exchange. The difference in price for the exchange between products will be paid by the customer or a refund will be issued if the cost is less. Shipping costs to receive the exchange in the responsibility of the customer.
